On April 29, 2024 Dig It Apparel Inc. (“DIA”) filed an assignment in bankruptcy and BDO Canada Limited was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (“Trustee”). DIA wholly owned 8996598 Canada Inc. o/a Suncayr, an insolvent company, which manufactured and distributed for the sunscreen sensing technology SPOTMYUV.
The First Meeting of creditors will be held on May 16, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. (EST) via telephone conference call. A link to the Teams Meeting can be requested from [email protected] . To be entitled to vote at the meeting, a creditor must lodge with the Trustee, before the meeting, a Proof of Claim and where necessary, a Proxy.
Creditors must prove their claims against the estate of the bankrupt in order to share in any distribution of realizations in the administration, if any, following payments to the secured creditors.
